Hull2Prop is a Florida-based underwater marine services and commercial diving company providing professional underwater maintenance, inspection, repair, and support services throughout Florida and beyond.
Founded in 2018, Hull2Prop was built around a simple goal: provide professional, dependable underwater services while developing long-term relationships with the vessel owners, marinas, marine businesses, commercial operators, and government customers we serve.
Today, Hull2Prop supports recreational vessels, yachts, commercial vessels, waterfront facilities, and government customers.
Our work ranges from routine underwater hull cleaning and anode replacement to propeller and running gear service, underwater repairs, search and recovery, dock and piling work, commercial diving, and specialized support for U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Navy operations.
Hull2Prop serves a broad range of customers and vessel types. While routine underwater hull maintenance remains an important part of our business, our capabilities extend well beyond cleaning.
Our dive teams perform underwater inspections, maintenance, repairs, anode replacement, propeller and running gear service, search and recovery, and other specialized underwater work while vessels remain in the water whenever the work can be safely and appropriately completed in-water.
For commercial and government customers, our capabilities include specialized underwater maintenance and repair work on larger vessels and marine systems.
Our experience includes U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Navy support, commercial diving operations, and underwater marine services at locations throughout the United States and overseas.
Underwater hull cleaning, anode replacement, propeller service, running gear cleaning, inspections, and recurring maintenance for recreational, yacht, commercial, and government vessels.
Underwater inspection, maintenance, and repair of marine components including propellers, shafts, thrusters, trim tabs, thru-hulls, sea chests, valves, anodes, and other underwater hardware.
Underwater inspection, maintenance, repair, search and recovery, marine infrastructure work, and specialized underwater services for commercial customers and vessels.
Underwater maintenance and repair support for U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Navy vessels and operations.
Underwater inspection, cleaning, maintenance, and repair of docks, pilings, ladders, and other waterfront structures.
Underwater search and recovery services for lost equipment, personal property, anchors, vessel components, and other submerged items.
Hull2Prop is headquartered in Southwest Florida and provides underwater marine services throughout a broad portion of Florida’s coastal communities.
Our service areas extend throughout Southwest Florida, the Sarasota and Bradenton area, Tampa Bay, and surrounding coastal markets.
Hull2Prop has developed dedicated dive teams and management personnel to support recurring customers and larger service requirements across multiple markets.
This structure allows us to coordinate scheduled maintenance, respond to service calls, maintain equipment and inventory, and provide consistent service across multiple locations.
For larger commercial and government projects, our geographic capabilities can extend beyond our regular Florida service areas depending on project requirements, scheduling, and scope.
Routine underwater cleaning removes marine growth such as algae, slime, and barnacles from vessel underwater surfaces and running gear.
Sacrificial anodes protect underwater metal components from galvanic corrosion. Our divers inspect anodes during routine service and can replace them while the vessel remains in the water when appropriate. Hull2Prop also maintains an inventory of commonly required anodes for service and replacement.
We provide underwater inspection, cleaning, removal, installation, and service of propellers and other running gear, along with above-water propeller services when a vessel is hauled out.
Many marine components can be inspected, maintained, or repaired without removing the vessel from the water. Depending on the vessel and specific problem, our divers can work on shafts, propellers, trim tabs, thrusters, thru-hulls, sea chests, valves, anodes, and other underwater hardware.
In addition to recreational vessel maintenance, Hull2Prop provides commercial diving and underwater marine services for commercial vessels, marine businesses, waterfront facilities, and other professional customers.
Commercial diving work may include underwater inspection, cleaning, anode replacement, propeller and running gear service, underwater repairs, search and recovery, dock and piling work, and specialized vessel maintenance.
Our commercial capabilities allow us to support customers who require more than routine hull cleaning and need a professional dive contractor capable of coordinating specialized underwater work.
Hull2Prop has experience providing underwater services in support of U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Navy operations.
Our government diving work has included underwater maintenance and repair services for Coast Guard cutters and other government vessels, including work involving hulls, anodes, propellers, running gear, shaft systems, sea chests, inspections, cleaning, and other underwater components.
Our experience includes support for multiple U.S. Coast Guard vessel classes and operations at locations throughout the United States, as well as overseas support for U.S. Navy operations.
Hull2Prop can support CONUS and OCONUS requirements when the scope and location are appropriate.
For government customers and contracting personnel, Hull2Prop can provide quotes, statements of work, company information, and other documentation required for procurement and project coordination.
We believe professional underwater service is about more than completing a dive.
It requires proper preparation, communication with the customer, the right equipment, experienced personnel, accurate documentation, and attention to the condition of the vessel and its underwater components.
For recurring customers, consistency is particularly important. Our goal is to establish service programs that make underwater maintenance predictable and straightforward for the vessel owner or facility manager.
When a diver identifies a condition that requires attention, we communicate the issue and provide the information needed to determine the appropriate next step.
